Why is Bullet Keeper undated?
For many reasons, but the main one being that we wanted to create a flexible planner with no waste. Having undated monthly and weekly structures means you can start using our planners at any point in the year without having to skip months.
PRODUCT
What size is the Bullet Keeper?
We currently offer all our planners in Standard A5 size. The exact size is 5.8 x 8.3" in.
Is Bullet Keeper environmentally / eco-friendly?
Yes, we're using sustainable materials only!
What is the weight of the paper inside the journal?
All planners are made using thick no-bleed-through 100gsm pages. Our notebooks have 120gsm pages.
How many pages are only dot-grid in the planners?
There are 92 blank (dotted) pages at the end of our planners.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all products! They are processed via our Amazon warehouse so if you get an unexpected Amazon package, IT'S US! :)
How can I check my order status?
You will be contacted via email about the shipping details soon after the order is shipped. If you have not received the confirmation email or have any other questions, please contact our Customer Support.
Is it possible to change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?
It is not possible to change the delivery address once you successfully placed the order. In the event that the delivery fails, your order would return to our warehouse and we will send you a refund within 14 days.
If you didn't receive the refund or have any further questions, please contact our Customer Support.
I haven't received my order. What can I do?
Please note that orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, while delivery times vary. If you have any further questions with the delivery of your order, please contact Customer Support.
When will I receive a tracking number for my order?
You will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details as soon as the order is shipped.
Why is my order late?
We do our best to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may very occasionally be subject to delays.
Buying anything off the internet involves trust and an excellent return policies!

When will you receive my return?
This depends not only on the chosen carrier but also on when you actually ship the item back to us.
Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs.
How can I return ordered items?
To return a product, please contact our Customer Support within 14 days of the receipt of your item. They will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
How will I be refunded?
The refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method. We will send you a confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.
